A counselor in the room before you have to ask.
Our licensed clinicians specialize in acute trauma response and ongoing therapeutic support. We don't wait for a referral to clear. When a violent event occurs, we move — into the hospital room, the living room, the school office — wherever the person is.
Services include individual therapy, family sessions, crisis stabilization, grief support, and trauma-focused CBT. Available in English and Spanish. Telehealth available.

conflicts mediated without a shot fired in the last 24 months
Stop the next shooting before it happens.
Our violence interrupters are credible messengers — people with lived experience of incarceration and street violence who now use that knowledge to mediate conflicts before they escalate. They work at night, on weekends, and in the exact locations where retaliation is most likely.
Active in 6 Chicago neighborhoods. Available 24/7 for crisis response. Deployed within 90 minutes of a shooting incident.

average relationship — from crisis through stabilization
We handle the paperwork. You focus on healing.
Navigating victim compensation, housing applications, school transfers, expungement, and insurance claims is a second trauma layered on top of the first. Our case managers become a steady presence — attending court dates, sitting in on school meetings, making calls on behalf of families who are already exhausted.
Average engagement: 14–24 months. No income limit. No documentation required to begin services. Serving ages 5 through adult.
